Budget planning for a wedding or a party is a simple process. List all the things you want to buy, one right after the other. Beside those items estimate how much each will cost. Next to that number, write down how much you have to spend for that item. Now, for the fun part, put on your thinking cap. If you don't have enough to cover the cost of all items, figure out a way to get certain items cheaper or figure out how to get more money. It's usually easier to figure out how to get the item you want for a lower price than to figure out how to get more money.
