www.PurplePenelope.com

PURPLE PENELOPE's Event and Party Planning Worksheet (below) will give you an idea of the number of things that need to be handled to bring off a perfect party or any other event. Think of it as your party "to do" list.

The Event and Party worksheet can be used as stand-along event planning worksheets or combined with the wedding planning worksheet

If you use the event/party planning worksheet for wedding planning, you'll need to complete an overview and site location worksheet for each event of the wedding -- pre-wedding parties and showers, rehearsal, wedding, and reception. If you need our help in planning or executing the your Texas party,   email PURPLE PENELOPE PARTY PLANNER.

Hint: Don't forget the pictures! Not everyone has a cell phone with camera built-in, and even if they do, they may not remember to pull it out. So, put disposable cameras at every table and invite your guest to capture their memories in film. Have a designated place for them to leave the used cameras so that you can be sure and get the photos timely.

If you're doing a wedding, a bridal website is a great place to post the photos to share memories and allow your guests to pick only the photos they want to print. If you're doing a corporate event, add a page to your company website. Don't have a website? Contact Texas Web Houston for affordable, search-engine friendly web design services.
